I am the training manager for a 50 person call center here in South Florida.

We connected a few weeks ago with the guys at Health Sherpa and got everything running last night (the night before open enrollment launch).

The product is running smoothly and our agents are booking a steady stream of deals. The product is legit.

Its way way way better than having our agents go through the "carrier direct pathway" and logging into the carrier websites, dealing with healthcare.gov and then submitting business.

So far so good. Thank you for making our lives easier and eliminating dozens of processes from a project management viewpoint.

I've been on this board for years and this isn't a shill posting. I'm honestly grateful they made our lives easier and made the enrollment process lightning fast.

Ya, a lot of folks come on here to gripe about what doesn't work... these guys seemed to put together a broker friendly product and they have been really good at responding to calls and questions... good product, good customer service... why not go online and give them a ovation for a job well done

now if the Anthem website would work half as well....

I've done a few already and it's way, way better than sending someone to HC.gov to submit the app and wasting a bunch of phone time. So far so good. Signed up with ACAExpress too but they never created my agent link and have yet to respond to my calls and email that I sent over the last couple weeks.

Can someone help me, please? Where is the submit button in healthsherpa account so I could submit applications to hc.gov? I can't see it anywhere. I can only add comments to my applicants BUT THERE IS NO SUBMIT BUTTON.

I tried Firefox, Chrome and IE.... No submit button. Can you tell me where it is in your account? Is it in applicant info page?

it is probably something to do with pop up blockers, it seems to be causing problems for me on a daily basis
