I buy and hold sp 500 etf and in the last 2 days i have lost enough to buy 4 regular Teslers or 2 cyber trucks TeslersI know it just paper loss but its a self inflicted loss and it still pisses me off that had i sold everything wednesday i could have bought 4 extra Teslers vs today.
What pisses me off even more is if trump wasn't so whimsical with his policy with a normal president i would have actually sold some sp 500 when he announced the tarifff date but i figured the cartoon prez was going to change his mind again anyway- which he probably will.
I had a big day trading the es futures back and forth . Several massive straight up down and up moves . I thought we'd hit the 7% circuit brakers but doesn't look in the cards with 20 mins left in the trading day

My trading days were over by 2001.I was thinking about some swing trades in my qualified accounts because there is no tax consequences but i am afraid because depending on what side of the bed trump wakes up on he could tweet something completely different from what he said on wednesday.
Crashed into close . Went out at lows of days . I only day trade on super crazy days like the last few days. . I actually went long in after hrs the futures to hold. You're correct it's very possible he tweets something this weekend to make us rocket for a day or 2 . He's a egotistical sob so he won't want all the people blaming him for this crash
