Transamerica Changes

I was recently told that Transamerica has changed several IMO's and the agents under them from being advanced to being as-earned.

Something about one of the uplines having a potential million dollar chargeback, which caused the change.

Has anyone heard anything on this?

Just call in 3 separate times and ask. You will 3 different answers and all of them will be wrong the next time you call back.

I guess it is not true or the agents that have been affected are just not on this forum. No one is responding....

My upline made it sound like a huge number of agents were affected, including myself.

I'd like to hear if anyone got this news lately. (ie. you are going from advanced to as earned because we were part of some huge upline's chargeback exposure).

This is very odd to me. I haven't heard anything at all from my upline and they seem to be up to date on the happenings with Trans. They are claiming to only pay the direct express business as earned but I got advanced on my first one.

The issue was with a bigger IMO, which had a potential 1million dollar chargeback(s) and Trans freaked out and switched them and other IMO's to as earned. (dont know if this is true or not)

I am trying to see if this story holds any truth to it or not.

You say typical for them? Do you mean some imo have certain things others don't?

Mine has been on the ball with lots of things. They had the direct express before a lot of others.

I think you need to take a step back and look at this. Trans having an imo run up a million dollar advance balance would be a great thing. That's what they want. I believe they probably have more than 10 imo with over a million dollar advance balance.

It's either your imo writing bad business or your imo is concerned with you personal business.

Do thye have any reason to be? Have you been having excessive charge backs?
