Trying to Open my Insurance Agency in CA

Help Please!!
I need to get appointed and I see it's very difficult get appointed with the Insurance Companies directly. I am looking into different aggregators.
I talked to Penguin Insurance Services, do you have any feedback for this company? They are asking $350/Mo 75/25 split commission and I have the option to exit anytime with a 10% penalty fee (Fees go down as I start selling more, and I have access to a rater and to bind). Any suggestion which one better than the other?

I will appreciate any suggestion and/or feedback.

I will also commend you on pursuing agency ownership as it's the best route to go!

Make that 224 agents nationwide. I went to lunch and came back to meet our newest agent coming to us from Amfam.
