UHC Broward FL? Preferred Care Dental??

What in the world, Had client on the phone today, and was concerned about dental, she cant get a good dentist on her Humana plan

So I am looking on the SOB and it say Preventative and Comprehensive dental $0 copay
But no amount, no max coverage listed and No note if hmo or ppo

How am I supposed to tell her how much converge it includes
What's the deal why would it not include the coverage amounts in SOB like every other plan?

I tried to look at the evidence of coverage I don't see anything in the index on dental

It must be a difrent plan because there is nothing in chapter 4 about dental

You're not seeing a maximum benefit amount because there isn't one… they limit the amount of services rendered its right there on page 55 of the EOC. This isn't unusual for Florida

And not make me have to search for it

and it really only mentions a few things like extractions and dentures
but not really anything on root canals bridges

Vic you're looking at the table of contents. Go to actual chapter 4. It's pretty much preventive plus fillings and dentures.

Things like root canals aren't covered on this plan.. that's why you don't see it

Nationwide UHC on many of their old plans took away dental outside preventative . They replaced with products that have much higher hospital copays and specialist copays with good dental
