Update on Gerber

Gerber's charge-back policy is better? or worse than Vantis?

Gerber's is better.

First off, they don't charge you back if the policy simply falls off the books. Vantis does, for two years, or at least that's my understanding.

Secondly, they chargeback 100% the 1st year and only 50% the 2nd year. Now this part may be the same as Vantis. If not, then Vantis charges back 100% through 2 years. Someone will verify or correct me on this one.

Now Kemper only charges back 100% for the 1st 6 months and 75% for months 7-12. No chargeback in the 2nd year.

Thanks. I thought Gerber was 100% charged back for death in first 2 years.

Kemper has cash value table you can present. Let the client pay the higher premium but get back part of the cash if they want to after so many years. It works well for people in the 45-60 range. Sell them 20K, then they surrender after 15 years, if they make it that long. After deducting the cash from the premiums paid, it makes the actual cost more in line with traditional life.

gerber received contracting app on 1/8. today I have writing number.
apps are still pending though.
now if I can only find how to order mkting materials that would be a plus.
but I think you an only download them.
