What do I do now?

Sad to hear about what you're going through but you're not stuck.

Assuming you want to stay in insurance, I'd recommend that you walk across the street and talk to Joe Ciaccio. He runs the Ciaccio Crew and he's right there in Tampa.

Joe can help you with your life license, your releases and help you with your lead problem.

Good Luck.
Joe told me he's not doing much in the FE arena anymore, but more on the health/ACA side.

That's news. But I haven't talked to Joe in awhile.

Normally, I'd recommend you or Newby. But the OP mentioned that he was just getting his life license and that means he needs training for FE.

Adding in the fact that you don't train and Newby doesn't do telesales that complicates things. Looks like it's Duford or Root.

Why do you and @Newby have to complicate the shit out of everything?

We do what we do. To me, telesales just complicates the path of an agent making money selling FE. Why do it when we stay busy training agents to sell in person. More of them succeed that way.

If an agent is already selling successfully face-to-face with us and wants to sell some all by phone, I don't have a problem with that. But I do have a problem with them wanting to start day one with us selling by phone. I also refer those guys to Root or Duford. Every agent should start with someone that is doing what you want to be doing. No point putting square pegs into round holes.
