Are there any NY brokers on here dealing with NYAIP?

This is the NY assigned risk for personal and commercial auto ins. If yes, are they still very difficult to deal with? I might need to starting selling NYAIP due to market constraints and I want to know what I'm up against. I used to work with them years ago and I found them very difficult. Thank you.
