Guidance on Association Health Plans (AHP)

Thanks in advance. I'm an individual health and medicare broker. Some of my health insurance customers (U65) are asking for Association Health Plans that saw on TikTok. Does anyone know if as a broker, I can offer them and some of the associations I can reach out to?
