What About FMOs?

There has been much discussion around changes to FMO and agency compensation, as addressed in this rule. The intent of the new rule seems to be to prevent financial agreements between FMOs and agents that incent enrollment into specific plans, not to prevent all payments from Medicare Advantage carriers to FMOs and agencies.

These rules will likely eliminate any additional payments to agents above FMV rates, including those for HRAs, testing and certification, and marketing bonuses.

Folks putting their apples in this commission product is not going to end well. It was never meant to be brokered out. The fact that CMS gave this product over to FMO and broker agents could stop when the product goes belly up. You cannot give away all this free atuff and keep boosting commissions. This is NoT a guaranteed product.

Make ur money now boyz this product isnt going to keep gettn the bells and whistles when the pullbak happens and first to go will be brokers IMO
