I posted this elsewhere, but I think it is a great way for anyone to understand that BFC is really reclaiming the knowledge of healthy eating that every one knew before the great government dietary intervention of the Carter years.

Hi everyone So... I will begin by telling my story... I am a coffee addict... but the sugar and creamer are catching up to me...
Not to mention a heavy drinker of carbonated drinks...
I have started to use a vanilla stevia extract in my coffee and have greatly reduce my usage of creamer.
I now only drink soda one day a week.

Being overweight sucks. It destroys your mood. Your energy level. Your ability to ride rides at the theme park. Ive been there. This thread is a great idea because a lot of people fail because they do not have support.

And we need it more than even most... think about what we do... we sit in our commute to the client... we sit with the client... we sit coming back home... we sit and complete our paper work... and we sit to relax...
I have personally set so much in the past 10 months or so... that I am sore when I get up to move much... not to mention my blood pressure is not where it should be.
