2 Person Group and BK

What would you group experts advise for a small group(husband and wife) with a 5 month old who are ready to file for business BK. They are ready to throw in the towel on their business but want to know what happens with their Group health insurance if they do. Their current policy is set to renew come August and the individual informed me this weekend that they are strongly considering filing BK for their business. What are the options for them? They are located in Michigan. Thanks for any and all advice or recommendations.

Any reason they can't go IFP?

It will be a liquidation. And as far as IFP, I guess that will be their only option. They do have a concern with a possible surgery scheduled for the 5 month old in September, and waiting periods, etc. Thanks for responses.
