With SIAA do they provide any CSR support for taking phone calls and doing endorsements for you? Am I responsible for all the service of my book? I currently have a 1.8 mm book and get 50 percent of my gross commission, but the agency provides customer service with licensed CSRs. Also, not sure how I would break away given it does not appear they have Auto-Owners for example. Any feedback would be welcome.

Thoughts on these 3 carriers? EMC Financial. American Amicable and Crumps Forrester's ..? I'm wondering where these rank against Trinity which I see as the best priced usually?
