75 Yr Old Male NT $100,000

I have a 75 yr old male NT that takes pill to control diabetes. Excellent health outside the diabetes. He currently has a $50,000 GUL with Mutual of Omaha and a $10,000 WL with RNA. His premium is $320/monthly combined. He is paying $116 for the WL and $204 for the GUL. He would like to have just one policy with a higher face amount. Something in the neighborhood of $75,000 to $100,000. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to write him a GUL for $75,000 for around the premium he's currently paying for both policies and if so what Company? Thanks.
