I do not know if there is an easy way to do it for free.
You can purchase agent list, but not all of those vendor provide good information.
What specific data are you looking for on the lists?
I used Financial Media Group to build some of my agent recruiting lists back in the day.

Man, that brings back a memory. Taking BART to the Mission district for Mexican food and beer. 24 year old girlfriend. Great little festival in the park. Cold beer and tacos everywhere.

If I was going I would buy you a beer at the sluts. Unfortunately I'm not. I was just checking to see if my code word (99), would set off any forum alarms. So far, I'm in the clear....
