Any suggestions?

My office wireless headset needs replacing. What I am looking for is a headset with caller ID and Handset lifter. Voice clarity is paramount. 2 lines would be great. If there is a way to use it on my computer as well, all the better.

Thanks in advance.

I was using Plantronics headsets 20 years ago. I use their Voyager bluetooth - best voice quality I've ever used. I didn't see the device in the previous post on their website, but they are hard to beat.

On my desk, I use the plantronics CS-55. Now, it doesn't know about 2 lines, nor does it know anything about caller ID, but, it has great voice clarity, it is wireless, very good range, and includes the lifter.

As with all plantronics products, the CS-55 is a bit pricey.

Also, the one in the picture above (I forget the model number, but it's not the CS-55) is a good product, but they used to knock out your wireless in the office when you had a call. If the computer is wired, no problem, but it really didn't play well with 802.11 networks. I've heard some rumors they have fixed this.

Thanks guys. I agree, Plantronics. I use the Voyager Pro also. True voice sound is very important to me. If I had not torn out so many wired sets, I would go wired.

Price - I was hoping to stay under $250. Maybe not going to happen. But I do a lot of phone. The headset is more important than new tires.

Gimee, do you have a product/model number for this. Any chance this two line? Cross platform?

I use this with a land line. Plantronics has great product.
