Anyone Getting this Error on HC.gov?

Enrolling a client today. Created the account, then went in and applied for subsidy. We get to the review and sign for subsidy determination and I get this error


After signing the first time we get:
"Sorry there's a problem with our system"


After logging in again, we get this after clicking "resume application"
"Warning: unauthorized access.
You need permission to access this application. "


Not sure what's going on. I changed browsers and am having the same issues. Any one else seeing this?

Just talked to marketplace, they are experiencing the same thing. They told me we just have to wait.

Tried setting up a new account today 4 times with a lady, two different emails and the system FAILED...whats new? LOL
