I'm interested in hearing from those of you that have used Leads360 and what you thought of their round robin tool. I'd also like to hear about any other pro's and con's to their system.

Thanks in advance!

I'm a fan, they also provide very good support.

If they are tied to the training group with similar name, RUN! Internet leads are re-sold so many times it's insane, the only ones making money are the folks selling these leads. How many times are they really sold - really, not just how many times the vendor tells you they are sold. Don't believe everything you are told.

What the hell are you talking about? Leads 360 is a CRM, not a lead company...

How about you don't just talk about companies you know nothing about?

I love the leads360 crm, the dialer is ok, but they're improving it.

I cannot speak for the lead distribution features specifically because I manually assign my leads to my sub agent because of geography. We're 70 miles apart, makes more sense to give her leads clocest to her and vice versa.

We've been through a number of CRM systems and have been frustrated with each. We've just moved to Leads360 from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and I am thrilled with the ease of customization, the automation, the prioritzation of leads, the speed of the system, the ease of reporting, and the overall thought that went into designing it. I would say it's a sales system first and a CRM by default ... and that's not at all being negative about their CRM features. We have alot of automation built in to help with customer service and retention.

It has given us the ability to automate sales processes in such a way that the agents are pleasantly surprised that they have to do very little in the system and are left with more time to make calls. Ultimately, more calls tends to mean more closed deals. We've been customizing the past few weeks and just started using this week but I'm very impressed up to this point. I haven't tried they're auto-dial or click-to-call features but intend to.

By the way ... you should be able to easily automate distribution of leads by state, zip code, or any other variable you can pull from your leads to the appropriate agent. Ask support to help you.

I'm still not sure how the lead distribution works on leads360 and I've been using it a year. I hadn't needed to use it until just now, so I never bothered to learn how it worked.

They made the couple changes I asked for in the dialer during the beta today. It no longer hangs up between calls, and it more closely tracks all the user usage.

For a single line dialer its super nice, just because what it does is pick leads based on priority in the system as per where they are in the sales process, and stays completely in sync with the CRM.

My old problem was like if someone called me and said they didn't want to be called anymore, and I set them to DNC in the CRM I sometimes forgot to set them in dialer or vice versa and called them again, now that never happens.

Go into the Menu tab, then lead management in the drop down, and then lead prioritization. It's fairly intuitive from there but support should be able to walk you through it as well.

Well, turns out they block about 80% of the distribution for the small business edition. I did manage to rig it up by making my own php script assign the leads to different campaigns before they enter leads360. The script is pretty funny looking, it had to be pretty long to filter thru 70+ zip codes. Oh well, works now anyway.
