I earn $13/hr as a base, plus $20 for each sold appt, along with other bonus opportunities along the way.

Ha! It wasn't intentional, honest. I actually was a life insurance producer myself, and in my rookie year, I broke my leg. Made it a little difficult to go out and run appointments, and I took this job to keep an income while I recovered. Only problem is, I actually like the folks I work for, so I haven't been clawing at the door to get out...

I think $10 per sit and a $50 bonus for every $2k in AP would be a good option for a solid producer to pay.
