Bcbs Agent Contract Question

Is anyone in here from tx contracting with bcbs?
If so I have a question. Well I already got appointment and approve with them everything is done. The only thing I need is to send in the affirmation form and CMS certification to be able to enroll client on exchange. I send it in last week via email. I called the agent service center today to see if I can enroll client on exchange yet and the rep on the phone told me as long as I send them in I able to start enroll people. Is that correct? Even if I'm not receiving their email respond back? She just told me that as long as I send them in I able to start it now. Because the document I emailed them, they won't be respond until another couple weeks. I really need to sign people up. So many clients are waiting and I been waiting for this contracting process to be done but it seem like forever. So is anyone experienced this and is what the rep said is true? I don't want to enroll people and then later not getting any credit.

I'm sure you're fine to send them in, as long as you do it through the carrier site (preferably), or thru healthcare.gov if carrier site won't let you. You may find your answer if they've update your profile by doing it through broker bcbstx portal

Oh ok thanks so much for your answer. I have been success login to producer bcbs tx portal.
But Will they post on the portal if I able to enroll yet? I mean what kind of information they usually post on there. Which source should I be looking for? Sorry this is so new to me just want to do it the right way from experienced agent

Play around with your portal, or use your broker link and do a mock app

I have another question... When login to bcbstx.com/producer.. I click on the individual tools quote and enroll its send me to different page, the retail producer portal.. Its asking for Id and password I used the same one but its said error. Is that the site where we sign up for exchange or no?
