does anyone have a call tracking / appointment log that they use they can share. i want to keep track of calls made, appointments and premiums written

i dont track calls, i just use old school paper slips.

i keep appts in my ipad

i keep a client data base in enet agent, not the best but some 900+ clients are in there and dont want to learn a new system or migrate the current ones

Try FreeCRM. They have a free version and a buy-up version with more functionality. The free version is actually pretty good for basic tracking. We downloaded it (free version) for our department and used it for a few months and was impressed with it.

I suggest everyone get a free sugar crm if you have your own website, with hostgator, its a one click install.

this way all your client data is always backed up, and you dont have to pay anything for it at all.

Best thing you can do is just create a daily tally sheet that you can use written hashmarks on and then transfer the data each day to a excel spreadsheet
