what can mutual of omaha or other insurance companies can do to an agent that do not pay back charge backs?

Put a person on Vector if they owe enough. Most people pay back what they owe or their commissions and renewals pay it off.

Once an agent is "Vectored" it can be very difficult to get another contract.

Omaha gives you 6 months to break even with them before they start getting pissed.
So if you have polices that will pay of your debt shouldn't be to big a deal.
Otherwise pay it back or at least pay portions back over 6 months.

In the case of NY, they send out Companion to do that!
I thought they turned that over to "Tony" and his crew.
