thanks. I have the one for trans but I can't find the americo app for a phone. I have the Americo desktop calculator but it doesn't allow me to click the child rider option even though it's on the paper app.

Looks like it is $5.23 per month for 5K with 5K being the max. Only available through Insured age 60.

No idea on that. I can't remember the last time I wrote a child/grandchild rider or even quoted one.
I just ran the figure with and without the child rider on the quote page you posted to get the rate.. I assume based ont eh pricing and the fact that it is not avaiable after 60, it is a standard child rider and is not avaiable for gandchildren.

I don't know what they offer on that. I've never used it.
While the Columbian rider is intriguing, I doubt I will ever write one.. They have to have each grandchild's SS#. I can think of no faster way to lose a sale, you have closed than to have them say, "I have to call my daughter/son and get their kid's SS#". They call and the daughter/son tells them. "Mom/Dad, you don't need that. We'll take care of everything."
