Click to Dial with a Hosted Crm

Does anyone know how to configure "click to dial" on a hosted CRM like Sugar or Zoho?

I have digital line service through Ring Central and would like to know if there is a way to click on a phone number and have it ring out through RC.

Ring central has a way you can highlight the number then h

Hit f6 or f8 and it will dial any number. If the site itself is being opened in Internet explored there is also a plug in to make ring central click to dial numbers on any page.

i know u said ringcentral but googlevoice has it and I use chrome

For ringcentral, you have to enable the hotkeys in your call controller. Options / HotKeys. Pick what you want to use.
