Most of all direct mail people get is either junk mail or bills.
They quickly determine which is a bill and trash the rest of it.
If you are going to do direct mail, use a postcard. It has a better shot at being looked at before it is trashed.
Color is not the only thing that matters. Make sure you put something good on the postcard.

How about 'scratch and sniff' thingy that smells like death?
Or 'Dying doesn't have to smell all that bad" with a nice smell good scratch and sniff?
