Dialer for Remote Telemarketer?

I am looking at hiring a couple of telemarketers to work remotely for me, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on dialers?

Call recording would be a nice feature.

CallFire, MojoSells, and SalesDialers are probably the top three. Ytel is another one to consider, but I believe that's on a three month contract.

Does call fire have a monthly pay option or is it all per minute?

I use mojo. It is landline based and can call up to 3 lines at once. It also has a recording feature but I do not use it.

Josh who responded to you above also has one. I have never used it but have bought list from him before and he is a ok dude, even if he is a yankee!
