It will not. It let's you download the files, but you then need to scrub them.

Lets see, I have a list of 5000 names and a million records on the DNC list. I'll do these one by one...... NOT!

And also not everyone can get away with that. . It has a lot to do with your area and your abilities. It isn't worth the risk.

It has absolutely nothing to do with your abilities. There are people that report dnc violations without ever speaking to an agent or telemarketer, or they may call back just to verify that you were making a sales call and then report it. Each call is a separate violation.

If Frank never ran into any trouble, that's great, but at age 70 it probably wouldn't have been as much of a problem for him. If you're 18-49 calling Seniors, you are not going to be a sympathetic character. Buy qualified lists is the best advice to give someone that wants to cold call, any other suggestions should be ignored.

I buy "qualified lists" and still scrub them. I always find a few people that should be "off" who are "on".

A few sounds like too many. Once in a while you may get one do to bad timing, which can happen, but if you use a legitimate data compiler, that generates dnc compliant lists, you're covered.

Buying lists from a jackass reseller is a bad idea. Some agents are susceptible to these people. They pay too much for bad info.
