Door knock script for life insurance

Idk. I just keep it simple af.

Hey First Name! (Or depending on age/culture - call elderly by their last name if you're young), I'm The Leading Agent the X area MP specialist and I'm here because I'm in between appointments/had trouble reaching you by phone/getting back with you about this form you sent into us requesting more information about MP

Point to the lead card they filled out

Now you can try to get in the door right then or set appointment. At current I'm setting appointments (but I'm testing a script for getting in door right then)

"Now I'm heading to help the Jones/another client/another family in about 10min but I can come back either later today or tomorrow to briefly go over this with you. Are the mornings or afternoons better for you/your spouse (use their names)?

*i study the lead form a bit before hand so I remember if they have a wife, husband, partner etc and their name.

*im a newish agent so take my info with a grain of salt so to speak

Also for me personally, rather than having a "successful" script I keep in my mind that I'm connecting with people, helping them get the info they asked for, jogging their memory (if aged leads), and doing so in a timely fashion (before someone dies/gets serious health condition and it's difficult to get them the price they want/benefits they want)

Appreciate that. I didn't specify enough up top that's my fault but I was more looking towards just a cold door knock not knowing a name or anything about them

Title says it all. Looking for a successful door knock script someone has used for life insurance

Some different approaches can be found in this article:
https://www.leadheroes.com/the-complete-guide-to-door-to-door-cold-knocking/#How Do Insurance
That link goes directly to the "What to say" section. But the whole article is really very informative for cold door knocking.

Mine is geared to a lower income demographic. "My name is Shonceman, and I'm the neighborhood agent for ______ Life. I have several clients in the area and thought I'd pop over and introduce myself. So who do you have your life insurance with?" The answer is either "I have it with..." or "I don't have any." Either answer is an opening.

Very similar with what I learned from Combined Insurance. My next line was:

"In 5 minutes, I can show you how you can get cash paid to you in the event of an emergency. It's quick, simple, and hassle-free."

"Hi I'm DayTimer with local financial and I'd like to ask you three quick questions and I'll be on my way - all the neighbors I've spoken with so far have found these questions to be very interesting, and I think you will as well, so I'd like to ask you also, if I may .... may I?"

Quick suggestion... just get in the door and then pivot life insurance.

Another suggestion... take the word "insurance" out of your vocabulary.

If you want some follow-up on what I just said, let me know. :)
