Email Hosting For Agents

Hey guys I have been using justhost.com for my website and email. THey are starting to get on my nerves. My site and email have been down all day today and I cannot even get anyone on the phone to help me. Who do you guys use and how are their prices. Please help.

CrystalTech.com has been a reliable hosts for us over the past 10 years. At one point we hosted almost a 100 domains with them. There claim to fame is that maybe 75% of their business is client referral based. Tech Support via email, tickets, live chat and telephone.

Maybe 3 years ago they were acquired by Newtek Technologies which didn't seem to effect their support, it just brought on a number of new products that were pushed. Semi irritating, but not to the level of GoDaddy.

This is just one option you might look into.

Not sure if they do anymore or not but try bonedaddy.com. Seems to me I remember a few years I looked at them and they were reasonable on everything. I just needed a website at that time though.

I use justhost as well and have only had one incident in the last 18 months. My server was down for 6 hours. The online help chat said that they were aware of the problem and working on it as fast as possible.

I had another small incident where a site that shares my server was spamming AOL users. AOL then banned all email from my server's mailserver. I had to call JustHost to get the server unbanned so that we could send email to our AOL clients.

Other than those two incidents, no problems at all.
