Estrogens-methyltestosterone?

I haven't run into this till recently but I have ran into this with 3 cases in the last month

estrogens-methyltestosterone does not seem to be on any formulary, Does anybody Familiar and know any alternatives to either the drug or to get a good discounts ?

I ran into some of these, I have messed around Medicare.Gov, It seems when the testosterone is involved it does not come up not even to show it is not covered
