Last November I canceled my CRM with Marketing Campaign Solutions. Mid January I saw a charge from them on my CC for $299. I immidiatly tried getting in touch with Gary Prado and his responce was that he did not know I had canceled my account with them. Ok, nevermind that he did not charge me for December. He said he would refund the money ASAP. I have yet to see that refund and now when I send anything to his email address I get a auto repsonder back saying his email inbox is full and cannot take any more.

Ok with that said has anyone else had any challenges recently with Gary Prado?
 
Dispute the charge to your credit card company. They will get in touch with him.

I'm not a big fan of going this route, but once the vendor quits trying to solve the problem, if it is a real problem, then that is all you can do.

Telemarketing vendors on this forum tend to be heroes for a short while, then flop miserably. Not sure what happened with Gary (or Jaime) but I do believe he wanted to do the right thing, then found out more about the business, got in over his head.

I was able to track him down today using an email address I found for him by doing some creative searches online.

He responded by saying that he did in fact refund the money back when I first requested it. I am patiently awaiting him to send me a copy of this from his end.
 
I had the same problem, he billed me after my account was canceled.

I did get a hold of him and he finally refunded my money, but it wasn't until the third or fourth attempt.
