Thanks, I said Plan N pays for excess charges. I wasnt thinking correctly and thats something I haven’t gotten wrong before. But I definitely will explain it correctly in person.

If they end up wanting plan N, I would go over the plan benefits again and you’ll say, “excess charges are exceedingly rare, but if it does happen, plan N won’t cover that. But, plan G will”.
