I was told we were being charged for insurance through bcbs but I was charged for uba gap insurance bait and switched agent contacted us (Daniel) and said he could get us health insurance through bcbs for $80 dollars a month. We agreed and proceeded. Upon receiving numerous emails I found out that we were being charged for uba gap insurance that was never disclosed to me. I also found out that the bcbs was free to us with a tax credit. He bait and switched products. He never mentioned the insurance was free or that he was selling us a different product. The number given to us in the email and by him were both wrong numbers that never reached anyone. Through my own research I finally reached their office and spoke to Zach who told me I was wrong and that******* would have told me about the gap insurance. I told Zach several times that I was lied to and to listen to the call. He told me he couldn't do that right now. I said **** you listen to it and call me back. Zach said there was no point in that. I am very angry and think this should be illegal. I **** not be refunded the money I was charged for a product that I never wanted and was never told about. Their insurance license should be pulled as this practice is fraudulent.
