I wonder how they will alter each company's product line-up.

The press release that I got today didn't differentiate. I believe that it is the entire company.

They are supposedly going to continue as Forethought, a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Atlantic (if I remember correctly).

I like their Forecare LTC annuity. Hopefully this only helps them improve their lineup.

Yes they bought the whole company deal to close early next year.

Forethought will retain its brand name and will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Atlantic.
Global Atlantic chairman and CEO Allan Levine said that the transaction will advance the growth strategies of both organizations.
So Forethought just belongs to Global Atlantic
