How are Golden Rule & Celtic to work with in TN & GA ? Rates ? Underwriting ?

Any recommendations on who to contact for the best commission's ?

Golden Rule rates and underwriting are competitive in several markets/zips in both GA and TN. They do use elimination riders more often in place of rate ups and sometimes both. They are one of our top five products our agency markets. If you license direct with GR they start agents out at 15% and you get moved up to a 20% after I believe you submit/issue 8-10 applications. They will move you up to a 22% after 50 apps per year and up as high as 24% with 100 apps per year. They will also move you back down on a quarterly basis if you do not produce the required level of apps. They also only pay once per month and only on an as earned basis. If your interested, through our MGA GR contracts we offer all our GA's and Agents 9 month advance contracts, full immediate vesting, twice a month pay cycles, up to 24%-25% General Agent commission contracts with minimum production requirements, weekly product training (via webinar) and annual sales incentive trips. 24% with 100 apps per year

I don't produce anywhere near this number and get 24%. They have never cut my commissions back and they pay like clockwork.

Kind of surprising you don't know much about their contract since you are soliciting for your agency.
