With half the year down what carriers have you been using as your bread-and-butter and have you mase any changes you didn't really expect to?

Obviously Foresters changed their rates and took themselves out of the price Busting range. MOO added appitical and lightened their stance on some of the cardiac meds.

I try and focus between two and three carriers but sometimes the nature of the job just makes you spread your business out.

I started the year with KSKJ as my go to and they still are. My next are probably about equal with Grange and Aetna with a little RNA in there. Some Trinity/FBL. But I would guess that 70% plus goes to KSKJ.

If Foresters was a price buster before their rate increase then you must have limited options? I parted company completely with Foresters, Settlers, Oxford and Americo.

Well Jd says nobody likes trans and they're a disastrous company. Well the people have spoken and 4 of the 5 responses use Trans as one of their go to co's.1500 apps a day says there many peoples "bread and butter" company. The people have spoken

Oxford - if they are very healthy and without any meds.
Trans. - I use this most often
Forester's - I like them alot, but the issue I've had with their underwriting dept. and PHI have been very irritating
Great Western - Pricey G.I., but I like the standard product alot
Global Atlantic - Single Pay / Multi Pay

FBL, Foresters, Trans, Standard, & Gerber... with a few United Heritage and Great Western tossed in. Going to "try" a few 5Star, RNA, & LBL here in the next few weeks.

You sure have an obsession with me and what I think. Here's some news for you, 4 people on a message board is not the be all and end all.

And here's something else, while you are obsessed with all things JD, I couldn't care less about your Trans love. Or any other company you want to shill for. If being a captive Trans agent is what floats your boat then sail away.
