I have two issues.1) Need a GI for 39 year old and 2) I need best options for leg stent nov 2017 insulin, bypass 2014??? Having a hard time placing these... any advise would be much appreciated.

Columbian GI starts at 25. What makes them GI? UHL Express Issue Graded may work and it is cheaper than Columbian and pays full comp.

What are the medications for the 2nd case? If just blood thinners that were prescribed at time of stent 2 years ago you have many options. If more serious prescriptions like nitro or isosorbide, you will need to go Transamerica. Preferred if those were prescribed over 2 years ago, standard if over 1 year ago, graded if within a year.
