I believe norman-spencer (not NSM) and amwins have a program. I know there are requirements but can't recall - something like they have to write the bop/pkg, might have to have 1 owned vehicle on policy..something like that.

I have been working on a similar risk. I found Sunderland and IPC. You can get to both through Johnson & Johnson. All Risks also has access to Sunderland. The insured does have to provide recent MVR's for both.
