How Do I Find or Create my CMS Portal Username and Password

Already did the training and got my certificate to sell on the marketplace. When I emailed my certificate to AZ BCBS, they want my CMS portal username and password, here is the instruction:

"Enter your CMS Enterprise Portal Password. (This is the password you created during the identity verification step of the certification process on the http://portal.cms.gov website.)"

Tried to get to "portal.cms.gov" several times (day and night) but the page can't be displayed.

I don't remember I went through an identity verification step during the certification process.

So how do I get my username and password for the "portal"?
