How does the Extension of 2021 subsidy’s being passed effect premiums ?

I'm assuming the pricing that were seeing on health.gov and health sherpa doesn't take into account the passage of the extension of 2021 subsidy's.How will that effect quoting and renewal of premiums for 2022?
