How to Find the FFM User ID

This whole thing is 10X more confusing than Medicare.

Received this from Humana

"You are receiving this email because Humana has received a fax into our Healthcare Reform Certification processing unit that does not contain your FFM User ID so that we can process your information. Because of the high volume, we are not able to contact each of you individually."

I sent them my martketplace.medicarelearningnetwork user ID. Is that not it? I thought maybe it was the csm portal log in but thats the same as my mln log in.

Any help would be appreciated

Nope not it. Your ffm user id number is what you chose in portal.cms.gov

Yeah that's why I said that something isn't right because my cms portal user id is the same as my MLN ID

Are you positive? I'll give it to them again. but it's the same log in

There is a humana generated form that you have fill out and fax in.....

Yes I am positive. BCBSFL have had their link up all day to marketplace and when you click it they already have my user id there and I use my pw for the portal site and it goes right into marketplace.

Did you forget to enter your FFM User ID into the space provided on the Humana Agent Certification Verification Form? It sounds like Humana is simply saying that you unintentionally left that field blank on the forum.

That statement of "high volume preventing them from contacting each agent individually" is nutty. Contacting you as an individual is exactly what they did, or you wouldn't know that the form was received with the FFM User ID missing. duhhh! Maybe Humana hired some temp workers from the Government furlough pool? The thought pattern in their communication to you seems eerily familiar.

Nope. I looked up what I sent them. Everything is filled out and correct. I just printed it out and faxed it again.
Spoke it someone at Humana and she's not sure what happened and can't tell me.
