Illinois Checklist question

I'm writing a client who is turning 65 in IL, the carrier wants me to compare on the Illinois checklist the client's under 65 plan to the plan we are picking. Client doesn't even know the benefits of the

under 65 plan. I usually put under existing coverage column "UNDER 65" and all the carriers accept that. What should I put down.

They just need something in the blanks. I just did one and put 80% in the blanks.

Combo of an Illinois/Carrier thing. With most carriers, just listing the U65 carrier name and policy number will suffice.
