If the call is started by a live telemarketer it is legal. What are they charging per transfer?

If just a robo-call then it is illegal.

Yes, but not if it is just to start the message and followed by a recording.

Most people I know think these are pretty much crap, but then I've never tried them. I also think internet leads in general are crap.

I have much better results either prospecting for myself, or buying direct mail. The direct mail only works with certain niches though.

They are transfers to live people on the phones at the call center, not recordings or messages.
