Anyone know any that offer 15, or even 10?

And are they convertible to perm?

Not sure about any other carriers, but if they've bought or refinanced a mortgage in the last three years, you could do Fidelity's rapid decision mortgage term for 15 yrs with ROP.

Cincinnati Life or Pru for the 15. Both offer a reduced paid up permanent option. I know Pru is convertible as well...not sure about Cincy.

Second. Cincy is convertible. Pru may be more lenient in underwriting. Cincy is going to be lower premium and will go down to $25,000 (maybe lower). Also Cincy is non med <$100,000.00 to age 60
