We've had some issues with our current IMO such as contracting not being done correctly which introduces a host of other problems.

We need to have:

TransAmerica Premiere
Foresters
Mutual of Omaha
Phoenix
Baltimore Life
Kemper
American Equity
F & G

We've amicably been given a release from the current IMO
Minimum Contracts must be 120%
We have 22 agents in our current downline.

I'll give you 120%!

Hold on minute though.

Scott can I have 150%?

I would call Todd King or Twilight. They should have all the companies you are looking for. To make yourself attractive to them you should talk about the production numbers you sold not the number of agents.

When shopping IMOs Big production numbers are like cat nip to IMOs and the fewer number of agents the better.

Lots of agents without the production is repellent to IMOs. Lots of paperwork and liability with little reward.

Put your best foot forward.

We would be glad to talk with you at FexContracting if you are looking for FE companies. From your chosen companies I assume FE is not really what you are looking for.

If someone knows how to get 120% from Kemper I would love to hear how. Other than that I could help you out. PM if you would like to talk.

Which sensible IMO would be willing to let go of 22 producing agents at this time.
It is hard to fool the forum members in the FE forum.
You are asking for 120% contract across the board when thats not how it works as you can get higher than 120% with some carriers and maybe less with other carriers.:twitchy:

How much AP can you prove that your group wrote last year?

I would call Todd King or Twilight.

Thanks for the plug Scott.

We represent all the carriers except Phoenix. Not that they have not been persistent in trying to land us. LOL.

The OP will have difficulty moving the Transamerica Contract as you cannot move to a new IMO until you request a termination of your current Agent Number and all Debt (Advances) are paid to ZERO by the MGA and it's Downline.

This is the Current policy at Transamerica..... At this moment anyway.

I refer agents who call me looking for IMO's to www.brokerworldmag.com. The magazine is only $6 per year:

http://www.brokerworldmag.com/pages/index.php?recordID=6

The subscription includes a login to their website, where they keep lists of different IMO's from around the country.

It's a no brainer to buy the publication, and while I have no opinion of one IMO versus another, at least a list of different options gives you a starting point to work from.
