Looking for Appointment Setter

I'm not having much luck finding an appointment setter. Most want an hourly pay and they have no experience calling. I've tried paying hourly and gotten terrible results. Not doing that again. Or they only want to call people who've already expressed interest in a Medicare supplement or final expense. I'm not paying for that either. That's like double paying.
I'm offering $10 an appointment for the first month and the next month they get a raise.

Good luck...you won't find anyone that is useful at that rate.

You are asking for someone to cold call and set an appointment.

Be prepared to pay $30 per appointment for that to be worth anything.

You may be able to get someone for $10 per appointment with no Guarantee on No Shows that were set from Direct Mail responses. But that is it.

You pay Cheap, you get Cheap. Do yourself a favor and do your job and pick up the phone and make your own calls. You will be better off for it.

Another thing to consider is that anyone with experience can get an hourly wage from someone else. If you want to be able to hire folks that are good at what they do, you'll find easier success by paying hourly than trying to find folks that aren't experienced enough to go on a per appt basis.

I would not expect to find anything except less quality appointments if the pay is based on quantity and not quality.

My best mix has come from a guarantee per hour and a result based bonus.

You have to pay a reasonable hourly wage and you need to monitor and measure results. Pull the trigger quickly if they are not working out. You will not find a good, cheap telemarketer... it is a tough job.
