I have some clients who are also friends and live in Maryland, they asked me if I could help them get enrolled in a plan since they have MHIP+ (which I also helped them get a couple of years ago) so I decided to check out the Maryland State Exchange site.
I began to create my account at 2:04 PM and by 2:15 had plans to review. The site never crashed and there were no hangups, you can browse plans as soon as you verify identity and it didn't care that I live in another state (and used a non-resident address to register).
How amazing an experience, I will now get certified by online training so I can offer plans through the Maryland Exchange and get appointed by CareFirst, they dominate the plans.
