Question about MA, MAPD and Part D quoting software for prospects.

Is quoting software allowed to be posted on a website for prospects to complete their own quoting, find the best part D plans for their prescriptions or to find the the best MA plans for their needs?

Is there a company that provides a quote engine or is this not CMS compliant?

I dont know of any external facing ( the prospect visits a site and sees the quotes) MA quote engines. There are several internal facing MA quote engines. Ritter and Health Connect are two that I use on a daily basis.
