MIB Copy Request

Can a client still get a free copy of their MIB report if offered graded over immediate or are they only entitled to a copy if they are flat out declined?

Generally they can request it directly from the carrier and most I believe will still provide it to the client.

They are entitled to a copy for any OTAF offer.

Yea you can get a copy of your MIB, FREE, for any reason once a year either online at link above or calling 866-692-6901. Only takes a couple weeks.

Like Credit Bureau reports they are required to give you one yearly.
