We know claims are being paid by the carriers dropping out of this market and the ones staying jacking rates.

your post is a little confusing.
are you suggesting that claims are only being paid by those insurers that no longer sell new policies?

Thanks for the link. I believe that's the reason why we're losing a lot of potential clients and dignity in the insurance industry because of ill schemes of some insurers , while we can also point finger to some clients who are making false accusations. Many clients are not informed about the company's standards
or policies on claims, creating gap between the insurer and its policyholders.
